Job Description:
As an Analyst in Technology Security Operations, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our digital assets within the business network. Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementation of Technical Controls: Deploying and managing technical controls while addressing any identified gaps in digital asset protection.
- Standards Compliance: Ensuring that all initiatives, whether developed or acquired, adhere to stringent standards while facilitating rapid innovation to meet evolving customer needs.
- Rule-based Optimization: Collecting, analyzing, and implementing business rules based on recommendations to optimize operations in response to emerging cyber threats.
- Operational IT Security Support: Providing robust IT security support to prevent compromises to the bank’s digital infrastructure.
- Incident Response: Responding to incidents promptly, ensuring resolution within the required Maximum Time to Incident Resolution (MTIR), and facilitating efficient communication and escalation.
Requirements:
- Education: First Degree in IT and Computer Sciences.
- Certification: Professional certification is an added advantage.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Security Operations, Endpoint Management, Network Security, and Vulnerability Management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in TCP/IP protocol stacks, firewalls (Checkpoint and ASA), switches and routers, Windows and Linux Operating Systems, and cloud computing/cloud security.
