- Strategic Planning and Coordination:
- Efficiently plan and coordinate all installations and repairs to guarantee optimal facility functionality.
- Health and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure that the buildings meet all necessary health and safety standards, fostering a secure working environment.
- Grounds Inspection:
- Regularly inspect the facility’s grounds to identify areas requiring attention and prompt resolution.
- Budget Management:
- Effectively manage the budget allocated for facility maintenance, optimizing costs without compromising quality.
- Utilities Consumption:
- Review utilities consumption and implement strategies to minimize costs while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Operational Integrity:
- Ensure that the facility is fully operational, with all utilities functioning correctly, promoting a smooth workflow.
- Daily Walk Rounds:
- Conduct daily walk rounds to assess the condition of office gadgets and fittings, promptly addressing defects as needed.
- Work Quality Oversight:
- Monitor and ensure that all work, whether executed by staff or contractors, is completed satisfactorily, addressing any deficiencies.
- Meeting and Event Preparedness:
- Ensure all facilities are in place for scheduled meetings, conferences, and visitations, creating a conducive environment.
- Cleanliness and Energy Conservation:
- Prioritize cleanliness by ensuring every part of the building is clean before and after use, and promote energy conservation by switching off electrical appliances when not in use.
Qualifications
