Position: Finance Officer

Responsibilities: As a Finance Officer at Trinity Financial Services Limited, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of the organization. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Budget Management:
    • Oversee the preparation and planning of budgets.
    • Ensure operational efficiency by creating and implementing financial policies.
  2. Record-Keeping and Transactions:
    • Maintain accurate records and receipts for all daily transactions.
    • Monitor all bank deposits and payments.
  3. Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare regular financial reports and contribute to financial audits.

  5. Financial Analysis:
    • Perform a daily review of General Ledgers.
    • Assist in the preparation of the Budget expense Tracker Management.
  6. Regulatory Compliance:
    • Preparation of Monthly CBN Returns.
    • Assist in the Preparation of Asset and Liability Report.
  7. Specialized Tasks:
    • Calculation of Effective Interest rate on Investment securities.
    • Assist in the Preparation of ECL (IFRS 9) on Loans and advances.

  • A minimum of a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
  • Computer literacy, with a good working knowledge of MS Excel.
