Job Responsibilities:

  1. Effective Communication Hub:
    • Be the central point of communication for client issues, resolving complaints promptly.
    • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for seamless collaboration.
  2. Complaint Handling:
    • Act as the point of contact for complaints and escalate issues appropriately.
    • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend improvements.
  3. Client Retention:
    • Retain clients through proactive support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.
    • Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.
  4. Satisfaction Tracking:
    • Maintain customer satisfaction by tracking, reporting, and responding to issues and concerns.
    • Advise clients on creating profitable processes.
  5. After-Sales Care:
    • Ensure client satisfaction through effective after-sales care and feedback utilization.
  6. Collaborative Approach:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs.
    • Ensure adherence to contract terms by both the company and clients.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

  • A B.Sc/HND Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Background in customer service is required.
  • Additional professional qualification in a related discipline.


  • N100,000 – N120,000 monthly.
