Nature & Scope of Position:

As the Assistant Branch Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational efficiency of our branch. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Overseeing operational processes for optimal cost-effectiveness.
  2. Improving management systems and implementing best practices.
  3. Ensuring legal compliance of all operational activities.
  4. Formulating and executing operational objectives for the branch.
  5. Analyzing financial data to enhance profitability.
  6. Meeting and exceeding area/region targets.
  7. Implementing quality controls and monitoring activities.
  8. Providing supervision and mentorship to branch staff.

Qualifications & Experience:

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • B.Sc/HND in any Social Science or equivalent course.
  • Minimum of 3 years in Operations/Sale Customer Service, with preference given to experience in Hospitality, Insurance, or the Fitness Industry.
  • At least 2 years of team leadership experience.
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.

Compensation:

  • Net Salary: N150,000 Monthly and above.
