Job Description

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer at Motomtech, you will be at the forefront of developing and maintaining high-quality software products. Your role will span the entire development cycle, and you’ll contribute to every phase of the software development lifecycle. We value both independent work and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement software solutions across the full stack (front-end and back-end).
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code in various programming languages.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to brainstorm innovative software solutions.
  • Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Mentor junior team members and lead by example in software best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Proficiency in front-end languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue).
  • Strong experience in back-end languages (e.g., Python, Java, Ruby) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Node.js).
  • Experience with database technology (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and CI/CD tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Desired Skills

  • Experience in DevOps and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with test-driven development.
