Job Description:

As an Analyst in the Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the security and resilience of Stanbic IBTC’s information assets. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Security Monitoring and Incident Handling:
   • Perform real-time security monitoring.
   • Handle incidents promptly to maintain the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of Information assets.
2. Rule-Based Analysis:
   • Collect and analyze data to implement business rules.
   • Optimize operations in line with emerging cyber threats and industry trends.
3. Operational IT Security Support:
   • Provide comprehensive IT security support to prevent compromises.
   • Ensure incidents are responded to, actioned, and resolved within the required Mean Time To Resolve (MTTR).

Qualifications and Experience:

• First Degree in IT and Computer Sciences.
• Professional certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in configuration, optimization, and security monitoring, with a focus on ensuring information asset confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
