As a Confidential Secretary / Receptionist at Trinity Financial Services Limited, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for clients and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Greeting and Assisting Visitors and Clients:
    • A warm smile and welcoming demeanor to create a positive first impression.
    • Guiding clients and visitors to the appropriate departments.
    • Providing information about the products and services we offer.
  2. Answering and Directing Phone Calls:
    • Handling a busy phone system efficiently to ensure prompt call direction.
    • Serving as a knowledgeable resource for inquiries regarding appointments and general information.
    • Employing excellent phone etiquette to leave callers with a favorable impression.
  3. Appointment Scheduling and Calendar Management:
    • Coordinating appointments between clients and relevant parties.
    • Utilizing calendar management tools to optimize time efficiency.
  4. Handling Correspondence and Maintaining Organization:
    • Sorting and distributing mail, packages, and faxes.
    • Maintaining an organized filing system for physical and digital documents.
  5. Office Management:
    • Ensuring office cleanliness and organization.
    • Arranging for the maintenance of office equipment.
    • Managing inventory of office supplies and placing orders as needed.

Education, Experience, and Skills: Unlock Your Potential

  • A B.Sc., B.A., or HND in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
