Job Description:

As the Hotel Head Chef at Azure, you will be at the helm of our culinary operations, orchestrating a symphony of flavors and ensuring a seamless kitchen management process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Controlling and directing the food preparation process.
• Crafting diverse menus with culinary creations that uphold the highest standards of quality.
• Approving and refining dishes before they reach our esteemed customers.
• Planning orders for equipment or ingredients based on identified shortages.
• Compliance with nutrition, sanitation regulations, and safety standards.
• Fostering a climate of cooperation and respect among the kitchen staff.
• Designing standardized food presentation guidelines for each dish.
• Monitoring inventory levels and minimizing spoilage.

Requirements:

To be part of our culinary brigade, you should possess:

• A degree in Culinary Science or a related certificate, coupled with necessary qualifications in catering and food health and safety.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Head Chef.
• Exceptional kitchen management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for the art of food design.
• Up-to-date knowledge of culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes.
• Ability to delegate responsibilities and monitor progress.
