Position: Internal Control Officer

Job Function: Risk & Control
Responsibilities:
- Lifeline Asset Finance (LAF) Operations:
- Provide operational support for LAF activities, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
- Engage with LAF partners and riders on related matters.
- Conduct pre-screening and onboarding exercises for riders.
- Monitor and track motorcycles assigned to LAF partners/riders daily.
- Oversee daily operational activities of riders and partner-related matters.
- Facilitate bike recovery in case of payment default.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Liaise with internal stakeholders on LAF matters for quick issue resolution.
- Collaborate with service centers for prompt bike repairs and servicing.
- Engage third-party service providers for asset insurance, tracking, and registration.
- Operational Support:
- Act as the first point of contact for operational support for LAF riders.
- Escalate issues requiring management decision and authorization to the COO.
- Risk Management:
- Monitor and assess operational risk exposures, events, and incidents.
- Support the development and implementation of risk controls.
- Embed a risk-aware culture within the organization.
- Conduct regular reviews of SOP and provide training on policies and controls.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in risk and internal control.
- MCIB certification is a plus.
