Responsibilities:
- Strategic Oversight:
- Provide direction and oversight to ensure staff meets service levels and deadlines.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement measurable productivity and quality standards.
- Team Management:
- Manage a team responsible for daily operational functions within Bank Operations Cash Services.
- Conduct service reviews and oversee sub-custodian/correspondent bank visits.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Conduct due diligence on sub-custodian and correspondent banks for various processes.
- Support the management of agent bank transitions and the Global Nostro Cycle Change process.
- Relationship Building:
- Foster relationships with key external organizations to understand channel and customer needs.
- Represent the firm at meetings with sub-custodians and cash correspondents, occasionally involving overseas travel.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with at least 1 year of work experience.
- Strong communication and motivational skills are essential, along with excellent training and mentoring abilities.
- Knowledge of cash products and appreciation of the Treasury Service business environment is crucial.
- Quick adaptability to various software applications is a definite plus.
