Main Responsibility:

Responsibilities:
- Setting Strategic Direction:
- Collaborate with the board to establish the overall strategic direction of the company.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 5-year plan, overseeing its execution with fellow board members.
- Sales Strategy and Business Development:
- Work closely with the Sales team to refine sales strategy and approaches for acquiring new business.
- Conduct regular SWOT analyses to identify and mitigate potential risks arising from industry and market changes.
- Performance Measurement:
- Establish company-wide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess performance across all areas.
- Monitor progress against corporate and annual business plans to ensure cost-effective and efficient attainment of objectives.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain effective communication between shareholders and the board.
- Report quarterly and annual results to shareholders.
- Financial Planning:
- Collaborate with the finance department to set company budgets and forecasts.
- Demonstrate a high level of commercial awareness and understanding of financial management principles.
Qualifications / Skills Required:
- Degree in Social Sciences or related field (Professional qualification is an added advantage).
- 10+ years of senior-level management experience.
- Proven success in general or commercial management, preferably in the financial industry.
- Membership of the Chartered Institute of Bankers Nigeria.
- Strong analytical, presentational, and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership, organizational, and excellent communication skills.
