Job Brief: As a key team member, the Client Service Executive will play a vital role in supporting the General Manager. The role involves engaging with diverse departments and clients, offering insights into Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, and Corporate Affairs activities. Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Effective Communication and Engagement:
    • Develop communication platforms for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Build and sustain relationships through digital marketing, the website, newsletters, and social media.
  2. Event Coordination and Participation:
    • Coordinate business development and marketing events.
    • Actively participate in internal and external events.
  3. Schedule Management:
    • Manage the executive schedule, including calls, meetings, and event planning across different time zones.
    • Handle conference registration and speaking engagements.
  4. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare and present regular reports on departmental activities to the GM Business Development.
    • Monitor and measure client satisfaction through surveys and marketing campaigns.
  5. Operational Support:
    • Support the GM in day-to-day departmental operations.
    • Handle customer complaints, provide solutions, and ensure resolution.
  6. Client Relationship Management:
    • Collaborate with relevant departments to address client needs.
    • Upsell company products and provide regular updates to higher management.
  7. Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Law, Finance, Business, or related fields.
    • 2-4 years of experience.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to handle pressure, maintain composure, and multitask effectively.
