Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who embody professionalism and integrity, possess strong business acumen, and have a comprehensive understanding of micro-finance banking products. The ideal candidate should demonstrate:
- Sound knowledge of micro-finance services, procedures, laws, and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Familiarity with the micro, small, and medium enterprise market.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Bankone banking software (an advantage).
- A Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Social Sciences, preferably in Marketing.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Age between 25-40 years.
