The Head of Corporate Partnerships at Renmoney will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth strategy. Here’s an overview of the responsibilities and qualifications for this exciting position:

  1. Strategic Partnership Development:
    • Research and identify potential sales partners aligned with Renmoney’s goals and target market.
    • Evaluate partners based on market presence, offerings, reputation, and potential synergies.
    • Conduct thorough analysis and due diligence to assess the viability and profitability of partnership opportunities.
  2. Comprehensive Partnership Strategy:
    • Develop a robust strategy to establish and nurture mutually beneficial relationships with selected partners.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value to corporate partners and create sales enablement materials.
  3. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
    • Monitor partner performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships.

  4. Negotiation and Collaboration:
    • Negotiate partnership terms and agreements, ensuring alignment with legal and financial requirements.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5-7+ years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in business development or commercial banking.
  • Experience as a Partnership Manager or in a similar role focused on managing B2B sales partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry events.
