  • Minimum of a First Degree or its equivalent in any discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience, with at least 6 years in financial services and a minimum of 2 years at the senior management level.
  • Possession of a higher degree and professional qualifications such as ACA, ACIB, etc., will be advantageous.
  • CIBN issued Certificate in Microfinance Banking.
