As a Procurement & Inventory Executive at Seanet Technologies Limited, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s success by efficiently managing the procurement process and maintaining an accurate inventory system. Here’s a glimpse into the key responsibilities of this role:

  1. Strategic Procurement Planning:
    • Develop plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
    • Utilize strategic thinking to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality in procurement.
  2. Inventory Management:
    • Receive and inventory stock with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Maintain accurate purchase and pricing records for streamlined operations.
  3. Supplier Relations and Contract Negotiation:
    • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with suppliers.
    • Skillfully negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms for the organization.
  4. Order Processing and Stock Control:
    • Prepare purchase orders efficiently.
    • Oversee the entire process from receiving and storing to issuing goods.
  5. Record Keeping and Reconciliation:
    • Maintain comprehensive records of receipts and issuances.
    • Reconcile physical stock with system records to ensure accuracy.
  6. Warehouse Organization and Security:
    • Arrange goods systematically within the warehouse.
    • Ensure the physical protection of stocks with a focus on security.
  7. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Report discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
    • Provide insights through data analysis to optimize inventory management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc / HND) in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory & invoice management software.
  • Experience in project management may be advantageous.


Successful candidates can expect a competitive monthly salary ranging from N100,000 to N150,000.
