Position: Credit and Marketing Officer

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who embody professionalism and integrity, possess strong business acumen, and have a comprehensive understanding of micro-finance banking products. The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

  • Sound knowledge of micro-finance services, procedures, laws, and regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with the micro, small, and medium enterprise market.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Bankone banking software (an advantage).
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Social Sciences, preferably in Marketing.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Age between 25-40 years.
